MADE TO ORDER items take about 3-5 weeks to create. If you would like to know if your piece is on the list for the next round of pots please feel free to contact me. .Since it will be made fresh and new there may be slight variations from the one in the photos. I'm a one man show and I really appreciate your patience and understanding that handmade ceramics take time. Naiim pottery is a small studio, making small batches of handmade ceramics. I work on a few details from any item each time, and I make each one of them from sheet to vesal , by myself. SHIPPING
My items are carefully packed using bubble wrap to ensure they will be delivered to you safely.
Once payment is received, the order will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
The orders are shipped by registered air mail which usually takes 1-3 weeks. Delays may occur by post, customs or holiday.
I ship to anywhere in the world.
All postage costs are listed in my shipping rates for each item, however I am not responsible for international customs charges.

May take longer to deliver – Ceramics take time and I work alone, but I will do my best to speed up the process.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I am packing the items very carefully, however if there is breakage that is my fault – it will be my responsibility to replace the broken item.
I will require return of the item so that I can check it, and the return shipping costs are to be paid by purchaser. Please note that a replacement of the item could take a few weeks if the item has to be re-made.
It is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase.
Yet, if you are not satisfied please contact me within three days of receiving your purchase and let me know what the problem is.
The items must be unused and properly packed in the original condition and packaging.
Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.
Any damage or breakage in the return of the item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser, and if such damage occurs a refund or credit will not be issued to the buyer.
